   This beautiful tear drop charm was the piece I chose to have the last paw print of my rabbit, Wilbert on. You can get a print to work with from most pets and Precious Pieces were more than happy to work with me as the print was a tiny bit scruffy. The brilliant jewellers got to work and carefully picked out his paw pads and then we were under way. Precious pieces jewellery don’t only offer you a wide range of beautiful items to choose from when you first become their customer,they also offer you outstanding, to the highest quality like I have never experienced before in customer services. I have been treated like my memory jewellery mattered to them just as much as it did to me, I knew from the first email reply that’s his paw print and what came with it were being treated with dignity. I was kept in contact with a manager the whole time and she was helpful, professional and so respectful of my difficult time. When the charm was ready it arrived overnight. When I open the packaging it came in a solid, navy/grey box wit some strong and crisp white card folded round the sides. Once I slid the card off, there was the same again but this time in the form of a thick navy/greyand white protectecter for the box. When I opened the box I was met with a satin white inside and my charm tied on a cream ribbon. (There was also a delightful little pink ‘silver polishing’ cloth that came inside) I then got to look properly at my charm, they are a lot thicker and more solid than the picture gives them credit for, they are also really solidly attached to the charm carrier so I didn’t feel worried that was going to break for many , many years if in fact- at all. The paw print is an exact replica of Wilberts, they have even fitted in the details such as the little fur strokes around the top of his paw pads. It’s absolutely exquisite, like nothing I can say I’ve ever owned. A memory made solid and visible to others, what a beautiful thing. I had also asked for his name to be engraved on the back, yet although with some items when they’re engraved on both sides you feel they are more pliable because of it, this definitely isn’t the case with my charm, it is really solid, firm and weighty for something so small and that’s why I absolutely love it. It going to be with me for years, never getting damaged, bent or looking too old, that’s how I wished Wilbert to be in his bunny form. The piece itself is exquisite, sheer genius and perfection at work. I wish I could convey truly what it’s like to see that paw print again, or even just to have them near you when your out. I’m over the moon I found this company, I’ve actually just placed an order for a matching necklace!
